Sales Consultant
Job Description
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNIs, influencers, stylists, and wedding planners to drive repeat and referral business
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide expert-level knowledge of the company's luxury collections, materials, gemstones, craftsmanship, pricing, and customization options
• Maintain accurate client records, update sales reports, and provide performance insights to the management team
• Stay updated on competitor offerings, global luxury trends, and customer preferences to provide feedback to design and marketing teams
• Support the in-store team by ensuring efficient client handover and follow-ups, collaborating with inventory and operations teams to fulfill client requests
