Job Description

  • Attend walk-in customers at the showroom and provide a professional sales experience.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Honda BigWing models.
  • Offer test rides and explain vehicle features, pricing, and specifications.
  • Maintain excellent customer follow-up and engagement until booking.

Sales Target & Process:

  • Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist customers with loan, insurance, RTO documentation.
  • Maintain booking registers and delivery schedules.

Product Expertise:

  • Stay updated on all Honda BigWing products, latest variants, features, and offers.
  • Explain and compare features and benefits of different models.
  • Promote accessories and value-added services.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate with back-end teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure each delivery meets Honda BigWing's premium experience standards.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build rapport with customers for repeat and referral business.
  • Collect feedback post-sale and address basic concerns or escalate.
  • Maintain proper lead tracking through CRM tools.
