• Product & Service Knowledge: Learn and understand the products and services offered, including sales terms.
• Market Monitoring: Keep track of competition and follow current industry developments.
• Sales Strategy & Analysis: Analyze sales goals and metrics to develop new strategies for achieving targets.
• Vehicle Demonstration: Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives for potential customers.
• Customer Consultation: Explain warranties, services, and other relevant product information to customers.
• Sales Closure: Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
• Reporting: Provide sales management information by preparing and submitting regular reports.
