Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers by promoting Current and Savings Account products through direct field visits.
• Conduct cold calls, generate leads, and follow up on prospects in assigned locations.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and services to potential clients.
• Assist customers with documentation and KYC compliance as per RBI guidelines.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
• Provide feedback to sales managers and participate in sales reviews and training.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Any degree (Graduation preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales (preferably field sales in BFSI, telecom, or insurance)
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a field-based, target-driven role
• Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services is a plus
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
