Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

  • Drive new business development within the assigned territory
  • Visit existing clients regularly to generate additional business opportunities
  • Suggest suitable bioremediation products based on site visits or client data

Sales Coordination & Follow-up

  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
  • Coordinate with sales teams across regions to pursue and maximize new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and share monthly MIS sales reports with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and division developments

Market Engagement & Training

  • Attend industry meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions for sales teams and channel partners focusing on bioremediation and effective sales strategies
