Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve defined sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize target market segments, industries, and prospective clients
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound sales initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create customized sales collateral, proposals, and presentations
- Lead sales discussions, negotiations, and contract closures aligned with business objectives and profitability goals
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers
- Work closely with internal leadership and report progress to the Sub ISU Head
