Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve defined sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize target market segments, industries, and prospective clients
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create customized sales collateral, proposals, and presentations
  • Lead sales discussions, negotiations, and contract closures aligned with business objectives and profitability goals
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts regularly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal leadership and report progress to the Sub ISU Head
