Job Description

Responsibilities:

Client Base Development & Revenue Growth

  • Build and expand a strong client base while generating sustained interest in business services to ensure continued revenue growth across the assigned territory.

Consultative Sales & Solution Presentation

  • Assess client requirements and present relevant freight forwarding solutions using a consultative sales approach.

Account Management & Client Support

  • Manage key accounts by offering ongoing client resources and support to enhance satisfaction and outperform competition.

Service Oversight & Client Satisfaction

  • Oversee service-related issues, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Territory Revenue Management

  • Drive revenue generation across the territory by managing existing business and increasing current trading potential.

Import & Export Coordination

  • Liaise with Import and Export teams within the assigned territory and provide necessary support for customer sign-ups and operations.

Product Promotion & Market Analysis

  • Promote and recommend innovative products based on market analysis and customer needs, ensuring clients are informed about value-added and automation services offered by the organization.

Inquiry & Quotation Management

  • Receive customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed business.

Order Execution & Issue Resolution

  • Ensure timely execution of orders, coordinate with documentation teams, support timely realization of sales, and handle complaints effectively.

Overseas Agent Coordination

  • Manage sales coordination and communication with overseas agents to support international freight forwarding operations.
