Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the promotion of property sales through advertisement media and listing services.
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to present real estate deals.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and property preferences.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents, including purchase agreements and lease contracts.
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and payments received.
  • Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers before closing deals.
  • Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Conduct property inspections to verify that sales terms and conditions are met before closing deals.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Conduct market surveys to determine pricing of competing properties.
  • Advise buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services.
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies during property transactions.
