Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Budget Achievement
- Drive achievement of P&L targets for assigned CIS markets.
- Ensure primary sales goals and order generation targets are met.
- Monitor and grow ex-India sales for the assigned geographies, mainly focusing on CIS countries.
Sales & Demand Generation
- Generate demand in B2B markets across CIS countries through strategic marketing and sales execution.
- Drive primary sales in private markets and government tenders.
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Explore and establish new business opportunities in both private and tender business segments.
- Expand existing markets and identify new territories for growth.
- Build strategic alliances, partnerships, and consider acquisition of products or companies aligned with company goals.
Strategic Planning & Market Penetration
- Develop effective strategies for market entry and expansion through appropriate sales and distribution channels.
- Identify and set sales targets across regions and channels in collaboration with leadership.
Regional Business Leadership
- Lead, develop, and implement regional strategies aligned with company vision and regional growth targets.
- Align sub-functional objectives with the larger business plan.
Business Planning & Review
- Conduct regular market assessments, projections, competitor benchmarking, and budgeting exercises.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Marketing Strategy Execution
- Implement corporate and local marketing strategies tailored to regional needs.
- Ensure brand presence and positioning align with organizational objectives.
Process & Policy Implementation
- Establish and implement business processes, policies, and systems to foster a high-performance culture.
Team Management
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set and monitor KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) for team members and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
