Job Description

  • Consult with clients to assess their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
  • Recommend suitable products and services aligned with the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explain product usage and benefits clearly.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process product sales, manage returns, and maintain an accurate and balanced cash register.
  • Participate in planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities.
  • Create and maintain attractive product displays while ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering stock, updating records, and maintaining follow-up communications with customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
  • Passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Experience in retail or sales roles preferred.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
