Job Description
- Consult with clients to assess their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
- Recommend suitable products and services aligned with the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explain product usage and benefits clearly.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Process product sales, manage returns, and maintain an accurate and balanced cash register.
- Participate in planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities.
- Create and maintain attractive product displays while ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as ordering stock, updating records, and maintaining follow-up communications with customers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
- Passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
- Experience in retail or sales roles preferred.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
