Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process global customer orders using CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with purchase orders.
• Maintain and update CRM records, including entering new information and keeping existing records current.
• Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving duplicate entries within CRM systems.
• Coordinate effectively with European teams to follow established order-handling processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Admin Team to ensure smooth operations.
