Job Description
- Order Processing: Managing and processing sales orders, including order entry, verification, and coordination with various departments for fulfillment
- Customer Support: Providing assistance and support to customers regarding inquiries, orders, and product information
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately entering and maintaining customer and sales-related data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems or databases
- Sales Reporting: Generating and analyzing sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to assist sales managers in making informed decisions
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining sales-related documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations
- Quotation Preparation: Assisting in preparing price quotes, proposals, and sales materials for potential customers
