In this role, you will be supporting management of worldwide FBA returns products. You will collaborate with product marketers, product managers, software developers, program managers, and account managers to establish and execute on seller strategies, and help to manage queries from FBA Sellers. This is an exciting opportunity to create and champion novel best practices, identify improvement opportunities, suggest strategies, and delight customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Be the primary POC to support sellers in the success of our programs, which may include executing workflows and recording and tracking your results
- Monitor performance metrics
- Own metrics to drive down seller contacts through a deep understanding of our programs and seller issues
- Assist in Voice of the Seller strategies, including executing emails and seller surveys
- Track approvals from stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Owners, Tech, Business, Finance, Product Safety, Legal, ACES and Operations partners.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong project management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to analyze business requirements for functional, non-functional, testability and completeness
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze requirements, raise questions and seek clarifications required for testing
- Ability to prepare and share timely status reports with stakeholders
- Experience with collection, documentation and archival of all required testing artifacts in accordance with controls/audit requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficient English knowledge, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL
- Networks effectively with colleagues and develops others within the team (cross-training)
- Experience working with minimum 5-7 stakeholders
