Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales strategies to exceed business targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners to ensure consistent business inflow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate leads and ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular training and engagement activities with channel partners to enhance productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise end-to-end loan application and documentation process ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from sourcing to disbursal, while managing escalations effectively.
  • Maintain regular reports and updates on pipeline, lead status, partner performance, and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Sales/Finance is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales, preferably in Loan Against Property, Mortgage, or Secured Loans.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage partner networks (DSA/connectors).
  • Good understanding of LAP documentation, credit underwriting basics, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a competitive environment.
