Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to oversee the sales of all types of biofuels within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for agro-waste biofuels, from generating leads to developing sales strategies. This role requires frequent travel, a strong ability to build rapport with clients, and a keen understanding of their buying patterns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and marketing of a wide range of agro-waste biofuels, including briquettes, pellets, and various husks and wood products.
  • Update daily MIS (Management Information System) and sales dashboards.
  • Drive enquiry and lead generations to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct customer pitching and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Gather intelligence on clients' existing buying patterns to inform sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with multiple clients and end users.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the biofuel or agro-waste industry.
  • Strong skills in enquiry and lead generation.
  • Excellent customer pitching and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and leverage client buying patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
