Sailpoint Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• IdentityIQ Development: Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for user provisioning, lifecycle management, and access certification.
• System Integration: Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, and databases.
• Connector & Workflow Development: Build and maintain workflows, rules, and connectors to support identity governance processes.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within IAM systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into IAM solutions.
• Testing & Deployment: Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of identity and access management solutions.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Java, XML, Beanshell, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, role management, and access governance.
• Familiarity with directory services like Active Directory and LDAP.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
