Safety Officer - EFS

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions; recommend corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, factory acts, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads, contractors, and external agencies to ensure safe working practices.
• Monitor PPE usage, permit-to-work systems, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Foster a safety-conscious environment across all levels of the organization.
