Safety Officer – EFS

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Lead toolbox talks, safety training programs, and employee awareness initiatives.

Identify unsafe acts and conditions, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of safety observations.

Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.

Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, factory acts, and statutory reporting requirements.

Monitor PPE usage, permit-to-work systems, and emergency preparedness.

Coordinate with department heads, contractors, and external agencies to ensure safe working practices.

Promote safety culture and influence behavior at all organizational levels.
