Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the QA lifecycle for projects, from planning and requirements analysis to final release.
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify, document, and track defects with precision, including root cause analysis.
• Conduct out-of-the-box testing to uncover potential issues that standard test cases may not reveal.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
