Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS products for multiple clients across industries
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and configure solutions accordingly
• Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of cloud-based applications
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide effective solutions
