S4HANA Service Management Professional
Job Description
• Lead workshops and translate business requirements into functional designs
• Configure S/4HANA Service processes end-to-end: Service Orders, Quotations, Confirmations, Service Contracts, and Billing Plans
• Design and maintain Service Contract processes, renewals, and pricing configurations
• Lead SIT/UAT, manage defects, and ensure release delivery across CRM/S/4HANA Service
• Create and maintain configuration documents, functional specs, user guides, and training materials
• Triage and resolve complex incidents; conduct root-cause analysis and propose preventive enhancements
• Drive integrations with SAP FSM, BTP, CPI, Service Cloud, and ensure cross-module integration (SD, PM, PS, PTP, RTR, ECM, SSAM)
• Advise on compatibility pack timelines and S/4HANA Service migration
• Support reporting team with field mapping exercises and reporting solutions
• Stay updated with SAP release notes and best practices; bring innovative ideas to the service portfolio
