S/4 HANA Basis Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP Basis components including system landscapes, client management, transport management, and system monitoring.

• Perform SAP S/4HANA system installations, upgrades, and migrations within SAP Business Technology Platform environments.

• Configure and manage SAP BTP services such as SAP Cloud Connector, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver optimized SAP solutions.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA performance, security, and system stability.

• Perform system refreshes, system copies, and system backups following standard procedures.

• Manage user administration, system authorizations, and access controls.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and end users.

• Stay updated with SAP Basis and SAP S/4HANA technologies and recommend improvements for system optimization.
