Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report operations including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Intercompany transactions, and Consolidation.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and support internal and external audits (SOX exposure preferred).
  • Execute process improvements, automation initiatives, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting and assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
  • 3–5 years of RTR experience in multinational companies (MNCs) or shared services.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
