RTR- Pune || SME/ Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the RTR team, ensuring efficient handling of daily accounting operations.
• End-to-End RTR Management: Oversee all aspects of Record-to-Report processes including reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
• People Management: Supervise team members, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes, recommend enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• US Night Shift Support: Ensure coverage and support for US time zones, handling escalations and critical financial tasks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare periodic financial reports, maintain process documentation, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or equivalent; accounting/finance background preferred
