Inviting applications for the role of [Process Developer ], [Record to Report]!

In this role, Supports the RTR function by executing routine accounting tasks, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. This role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and supporting period-end close processes.

Responsibilities

  • Talent retention and leadership pipeline.

  • Prepare, post, and validate journal entries.

  • Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

  • Assist with fixed asset accounting, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

  • Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes.

  • Provide audit support and documentation.

  • Generate standard financial reports for review.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

  • Relevant years of accounting experience.

  • Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).

  • ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong MS Excel skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
