Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Record to Report (RTR) cycle.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain financial integrity.
• Contribute to process improvements within the RTR function.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of international experience in RTR.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Work Schedule: Must be flexible with US and UK shifts.
• Work Arrangement: Must be comfortable with work from office in Pune
