Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.
  • Drive business expansion by identifying and developing new opportunities in the Ortho segment.
  • Strengthen and sustain relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business retention.
  • Plan, execute, and manage tender-related sales activities effectively.
  • Collaborate with and manage channel partners to ensure seamless distribution and market coverage.
  • Provide strategic inputs to marketing and product teams based on market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Lead and motivate the area sales and business development teams to achieve set goals and maintain high performance standards.
