Job Description
- End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across manufacturing, plant operations, maintenance, engineering, and support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and vendor coordination.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Adhere to RPO processes, timelines, and compliance standards.
