What You'll Do

This is an RPO Recruiter role where you'll handle end-to-end recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Client Coordination and Business Development.
• Sourcing, Screening, and Scheduling candidates.
• Understanding Client Requirements to effectively match talent.
• Sourcing and Attracting Candidates through various channels.
• Screening and Assessment of potential hires.
• Building Strong Relationships with both candidates and clients.
