Job Description
- RPA Development: Develop, maintain, and support RPA processes using Automation Anywhere (AA).
- BOT Maintenance: Provide day-to-day L2 and L3 support for BOTs, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
- Bank Reconciliation Support: Handle configuration changes, integration support, and enhancements for the Bank Reconciliation System (BRS).
- Month-End Support: Provide dedicated support during month-end activities for the BRS system.
- Integration & Enhancements: Implement process improvements and integrations within SAP as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to address operational issues and optimize automation processes.
