Job Description

  • Role & Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Drive sales for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing, DSA networks, connectors, and direct customer engagement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement targets as defined by management.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Proactively source leads from the market, real estate agents, and referral channels.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate LAP solutions.
  • Channel Partner Management
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners like DSAs and mortgage consultants.
  • Provide necessary training and support to partners to increase business contribution.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents such as KYC, income proofs, property papers, etc.
  • Follow company SOPs to ensure high-quality and compliant loan processing.
  • Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan approval and disbursal.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as a one-point contact for clients during the entire loan lifecycle.
  • Resolve customer queries related to loan products, processing, and disbursement timelines.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Keep abreast of competitor offerings, market trends, and local property values.
  • Share feedback and suggest ideas for new lead-generation initiatives.
