Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with Delivery, Sales, and Admin teams
• Plan and deliver efficient, sustainable, and effective regional operations
• Ensure service delivery aligns with budgets and defined KPIs
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational goals
• Manage operational risks across all services and provide early visibility of issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contracts, and service standards
• Handle coordination with external agencies with support from legal teams
• Take ownership of on-ground operations and lead from the front
• Manage crowd control activities when required
• Travel extensively across the region to oversee field operations
