RMO/GDMO/ Medical officer/Resident Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor patients admitted to the hospital and those visiting OPD.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist consultants in life-saving procedures.
• Conduct medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and initiate appropriate treatment.
• Perform daily ward rounds and attend casualty calls.
• Assess urgent admissions in the absence of the consultant on duty.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical support in ICU, NICU, and casualty departments.
• Modify and monitor patient treatment plans and dietary recommendations based on recovery progress.
• Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Supervise hospital operations during assigned shifts.
• Work collaboratively with other RMOs to ensure continuous patient care coverage.
