Team Management & Mentorship

• Hire, supervise, and mentor healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate effectively with consultants and administrative staff.

Research & Professional Development

• Stay updated with advancements in the medical field.
• Contribute to medical research programs and clinical trials.

Medical Officer Requirements

• MBBS / MD, MCI Registered.
• Advanced knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
