Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise & Patient Care:

• Provide clinical guidance and support to junior physicians.
• Verify complex diagnoses and facilitate appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure highest standards of patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Contribute to medical research programs and stay updated on advancements in medicine.

Team Management & Supervision:

• Hire, mentor, and supervise healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with consultants and administrative teams to optimize healthcare delivery.
• Act as a liaison between senior management and medical staff.

Administrative & Compliance Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets and identify areas for improving inpatient care.
• Ensure accurate and consistent medical record keeping.
• Comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.
