Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Patient Care:

• Provide clinical expertise in patient care and guide junior doctors.
• Verify complex diagnoses and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure the highest standards of inpatient and outpatient care.
• Handle emergency and casualty cases effectively.
• Maintain accurate and consistent medical record-keeping practices.

Administrative & Compliance:

• Perform administrative duties including risk management and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.
• Manage allocated budgets and identify improvement areas in patient care delivery.
• Liaise between medical and administrative staff for smooth operations.

Research & Development:

• Stay updated with advancements in medical science and clinical practices.
• Contribute to clinical trials and medical research programs where applicable.
