• Supervise the healthcare team and ensure compliance with medical policies and regulations.
• Conduct occupational health surveys and awareness campaigns on health, first aid, and safety.
• Implement medical policy reimbursements and manage healthcare budgets.
• Maintain accurate and consistent medical records and reporting.

Training & Research

• Mentor healthcare professionals and collaborate with consultants.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and contribute to medical research programs.
