• Monitor bench resources daily and optimize deployment turnaround time

• Maintain skill mapping dashboards linking technical skills to upcoming project needs

• Coordinate upskilling and certification programs for long-term bench resources

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on bench strength, aging, and cost impact

Internal Deployment Processes

• Manage employee allocation to projects based on expertise, availability, and budget

• Oversee roll-off and transition processes, ensuring immediate tracking of resources for new assignments

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers for demand-supply gap analysis

• Facilitate Internal Job Postings (IJP) to enable internal mobility and skill development
