Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and nurture existing relationships with HNI customers, focusing on liabilities products such as Current and Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other deposit schemes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service orientation and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Proactively cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to enhance the overall customer relationship.
  • Inform clients about new products, features, and enhancements to encourage greater product adoption.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute special sales initiatives, client events, and promotional activities targeting prospective and existing HNI customers.
  • Collaborate with other group companies and internal teams to offer seamless access to complementary financial products.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive relationship records for all assigned accounts.
  • Track and manage customer complaints, queries, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing HNI relationships, preferably in liabilities or deposit products.
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to cross-sell multiple banking products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering superior service.
  • Good understanding of banking products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to plan and execute client engagement activities and events effectively.
