Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.
- Interact and coordinate with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and sales executives to drive business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and generate referrals.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and regularly report progress to senior management.
- Conduct regular product training and sales skill enhancement sessions for the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in all sales processes and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in home loan or LAP sales
- Proven experience in managing DSAs/DSTs and achieving loan sales targets
- Sound understanding of mortgage lending, property documentation, and loan structuring
- Knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance standards related to loan products
