Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.
  • Interact and coordinate with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and sales executives to drive business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and generate referrals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and regularly report progress to senior management.
  • Conduct regular product training and sales skill enhancement sessions for the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in all sales processes and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in home loan or LAP sales
  • Proven experience in managing DSAs/DSTs and achieving loan sales targets
  • Sound understanding of mortgage lending, property documentation, and loan structuring
  • Knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance standards related to loan products
