Job Description

This role is for a Relationship Manager specializing in Equity Business at a leading broking firm. The ideal candidate will drive equity sales, focusing on HNI clients, and generate revenue across various equity and commodity products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive equity sales to all branch clients, with a special focus on HNI clients.
  • Generate revenue from equity, commodity, and equity products to meet overall broking targets.
  • Generate Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF) as per assigned targets.
  • Gather assets through Advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, and other investment instruments.
  • Acquire new clients and generate revenue from these new relationships.
  • Activate trading accounts for clients and assist new entrants in understanding market dynamics.
  • Help customers execute trades online and place orders on their behalf.
  • Provide confirmation of orders and trades to clients daily.
  • Advise clients with essential information regarding market conditions.
  • Profile clients and suggest equity-based financial products that align with their risk appetite and needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Equity sales is required.
  • Strong focus on HNI client management.
  • Ability to generate revenue across equity, commodity, and related products.
  • Knowledge of Margin Trade Funding (MTF), Advisory products, IPOs, and ETFs.
  • Excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of equity market dynamics and the ability to provide informed advice.
  • Proficiency in profiling clients and recommending suitable financial products.
