Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement orientation programs for sales teams.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
  • Serve as a consultant to sales staff, providing guidance on challenges encountered on the job.
  • Assign mentors and coaches to support the development of new sales team members.
  • Observe interactions between salespeople, cashiers, and clients to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess training needs for both individuals and teams.
  • Organize role-playing activities and simulations to prepare staff for difficult client interactions, including handling objections.
