Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized guidance on jewellery selection. Promote and sell gold, diamond, and other precious jewellery pieces to meet individual customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gold and diamond characteristics, cuts, clarity, carat, and market pricing. Provide accurate information and advice to customers regarding product features and value.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering attentive service, addressing queries, and resolving complaints promptly. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Store Operations: Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, and keeping the showroom presentable. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and promotional activities to suggest improvements in sales strategy and product offerings.
