Store Operations & Support
• Assist the Store Manager in leading a retail team
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure store goals are met
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
Team Management & Training
• Provide training and support to staff to maintain excellent customer service
• Supervise staff and handle any issues or concerns
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in recruitment and onboarding
Inventory & Logistics
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary
• Ensure proper stock management and adherence to company SOPs
Customer Service
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer service consistently
Sales & Strategy Support
• Help implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets
• Keep updated with product knowledge and market trends
Policy & Compliance
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees
