Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services, amenities, and brand.
- Generate leads and conduct cold calling to attract new customers and clients.
- Execute online marketing campaigns to increase visibility and bookings.
- Coordinate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners for events and partnerships.
- Oversee hotel personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees, ensuring smooth operations.
