Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess creditworthiness of borrowers using financial statements, income reports, and relevant data.
• Determine loan terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and loan-to-value ratios.
• Conduct thorough analysis of borrower's financial situation, assets, income, and credit history to assess risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service) for seamless loan processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products.
• Maintain accurate records of all borrower interactions, including calls, emails, and correspondence
