Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Conduct medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. Gather patient histories and perform physical examinations to ensure comprehensive care.
• Learning and Training: Engage in structured educational programs, attend lectures, participate in case discussions, and receive supervision and feedback from senior medical staff.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete medical records, documenting patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and other relevant information in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Continuity of Care: Assist in coordinating patient care across outpatient clinics, emergency departments, and operating rooms, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity of care.
• Professional Development: Participate in self-directed learning, conferences, research projects, and stay updated with advancements in medical practice to enhance professional skills.
