Resident Psychiatrist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Psychiatrist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the field of psychiatry, who are eager to learn and contribute to the mental health care of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses of patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients with mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment discussions.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

Skills and Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• MD in Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy and compassion towards patients.
• Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records.
