The role involves providing primary and specialized care to women, assisting in clinical assessments, and supporting diagnostic and treatment processes under the supervision of senior specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Specimen Collection: Draw and collect blood samples from patients, verify records, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Patient Care: Ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective primary care, maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
• Referrals and Follow-ups: Provide appropriate specialist referrals and manage follow-up care where needed.
• Medical Records: Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Examinations: Conduct physical examinations and document clinical findings.
• Clinical Assessment: Establish differential diagnoses based on patient history and examination findings.
• Diagnostic Testing: Order and analyze appropriate diagnostic tests. Communicate test results and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Patient Communication: Discuss risks and benefits of diagnostic procedures and treatment options with patients in a clear and compassionate manner.
