• Assess raw material availability and prepare costing (RMC sheets)

3. Synthetic Chemistry

• Perform various organic reactions
• Scale up processes efficiently

4. Purification Techniques

• Column chromatography
• Vacuum distillation
• Crystallization

5. Structure Elucidation

• NMR, IR, HPLC, GC, Mass Spectrometry

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain lab records in accordance with GLP
• Prepare detailed reports and application data analysis

7. Additional Skills

• Deep knowledge of pigments and applications in paint, ink, plastics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
